We have five beautiful bedrooms, the majority containing wonderful period features and amenities.
Breakfast is included in the price of the room and the menu can be found below.
There is a two night minimum stay across weekends.
As with all of our building, our rooms are dog friendly, however there is a small fee of £5 per dog for the duration of your stay.

The Suite
The Suite overlooks our gardens, and the South Downs beyond. It has a separate relaxing lounge area and can be turned into a family room upon request. Ensuite bathroom with bath/shower.
Mon-Thurs: £170 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.
Fri-Sun: £180 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.
Camp-beds provided at £25 per child (maximum 2).
The Red Room
This large room has a 6ft wide sleigh bed, with a beautiful beamed wall and comfortable, relaxing lounge area. Ensuite bathroom with bath/shower.
Mon-Thurs: £170 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.
Fri-Sun: £180 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.
Bob Hall
This atmospheric room has murals covering three walls that date back to the 16th Century. There is a beamed vaulted ceiling and a charming inglenook fireplace. Ensuite with shower.
Mon-Thurs: £150 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.
Fri-Sun: £160 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.
John Burrell
A spacious, historic room with a beamed vaulted ceiling. Ensuite with bath/shower.

Sir John Derring
A charming and cosy room at the rear of the property with views over the South Downs. Ensuite with bath/shower.
Mon-Thurs: £130 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.

How to Find Us
Alfriston is located 5 minutes off of the A27, from the Drusilla's roundabout. There are two car parks in the village, visible on the map below, The Willows & The Dene. Although we do not have a car park of our own, there is plenty of free parking just a few minutes walk away, on roads such as Kings Ride, Deans Road and The Furlongs.
