Since 1934, Glyndebourne has produced the best of opera
at the magnificent country house set in the Sussex countryside (Luciano Pavarotti
amongst others, has sung at Glyndebourne).
Visitors, attired in evening dress, often take a picnic and spend time enjoying
the beautiful surroundings as well as the opera.
